Happy Labor Day!
Since we’re celebrating a holiday, I wanted to get outside and grill up some stuff. I decided Fajita Nachos with Grilled Steak and Chicken is always a good option when it’s grilling time!
I was undecided about what sides to cook with the steak and chicken, and I knew I was making fresh guacamole. And yes, I love Mexican food, so this really wasn’t that hard in the end. Why not take all my ingredients and make nachos!
This is a really simple dish, I just marinated some chicken and sirloin steaks in chili powder, creole seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, lemon and lime, juice and zest and olive oil.
After a few minutes under the broiler to melt the cheese, it’s eating time!
