I must explain what is happening with this juicer. It allows you to juice 72 hours in advance without changing the properties of the juice…
Do you know how special that is for juicers like myself? I can make a gallon of juice and as long as I consume it within 72 hours, it’s all good people!
Did I mention that the juicer is compact and takes up virtually no shelf space…I leave it sitting on my counter at all times…and being pretty doesn’t hurt it at all!
It’s time to get to juicing people, peel everything if you’re not using organic produce. All my produce was organic and I still peeled it.
Sometimes leaving the skin on makes my juice bitter especially with carrots, so peel them if you can’t handle the taste!
My Carrot Melon Juice with Cucumber is all ready to drink. Store juice in a dark container, I used glass just for the picture, but always use a dark airtight container to maintain freshness.
And don’t forget, I sometimes add a scoop of Amazing Grass to my juice for extra vitamins and nutrients.
Carrot Melon Cucumber Juice

Cook Time: 0 minutes
Total Time: 2 minutes
1 small honeydew melon, cantaloupe, or watermelon, peeled, diced
4 carrots, peeled, diced
1 cucumber, peeled, diced
Peel all fruit and vegetables, unless organic, dice into small chunks, add to the juicer and juice. Can also be blended if you don’t have a juicer. Serve over ice or drink room temperature.
